Kathleen V. Logan, Esq.
Kathleen Logan founded the firm because she was on a mission to console, counsel and settle families throughout life’s most delicate matters for a reasonable price. Now building a life in St. Petersburg, Attorney Logan brings her passion for resolving (or litigating) family conflict to Tampa Bay.
A well-rounded advocate, in addition to family law, Attorney Logan has also represented clients in personal injury and criminal defense litigation matters. Prior to founding the firm, Attorney Logan attended Stetson University College of Law where she studied trial advocacy. While she was a student, Attorney Logan was one of few given the opportunity to compete for Stetson’s Nationally ranked Trial Team, wherein Ms. Logan and her teams were victorious, including winning first place in the Florida Justice Association’s Mock Trial Competition in 2014. Ms. Logan’s advocacy strengths and superior presentation of evidence helped her secure positions as a Clerk at the Federal Defender Program of Chicago, Illinois, the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Florida, and the Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit during law school.
For college, Attorney Logan attended the University of Alabama where she studied Family Financial Planning. After college graduation, Attorney Logan and her Mother founded a financial planning firm, Logan Financial Planning, LLC, in the summer before law school began.
Attorney Logan lives in St. Petersburg with her husband, two precious daughters, two dogs, two cats, and three chickens. She is an avid gardener and loves nothing more than spending free time with her family.
